Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes — use the billing portal from your dashboard at any time. Stripe prorates the change automatically.
What does “unlimited” actually mean?
No caps on boards, posts, votes, voters, or comments. Our rate limits exist to stop abuse (a voter can't cast 10,000 votes a day), not to meter your success.
Do you offer refunds?
If SignalWish isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your first charge and we'll refund it, no questions asked.
