Know what to build next.
SignalWish gives your users a beautiful feedback board. They post ideas and vote on what matters — you ship with confidence and close the loop automatically.

Dogfooded daily
Our own roadmap runs on SignalWish, in public. What you see is what you get.
5-minute setup
Sign up, name your board, share the link. No SDKs, no snippets, no onboarding call.
No per-seat math
One flat price. Invite the whole team, collect from every user.
Collect — a board users actually use
Voters verify with one email click, then post and vote without friction. Verified email + rate limits mean the counts are signal, not noise. Every board is server-rendered and SEO-friendly, so your roadmap earns search traffic too.

Prioritize — statuses that tell the story
Move requests through Open, Planned, In progress, Shipped, or Declined from a single table. Your users see an honest, living roadmap instead of a suggestion box where ideas go to die.
Close the loop — automatically
Mark a post shipped and everyone who voted gets an email. Send occasional board updates to opted-in voters with the built-in broadcast composer. The people who asked become the people who tell their friends.

Built to be trusted with your users
Voter emails stay private
Emails are used for verification and the notifications voters asked for. They are never displayed publicly, shared, or sold.
No dark-pattern lock-in
Cancel and your board goes read-only, not offline. Your roadmap history stays visible to your users.
Privacy-friendly analytics
We use cookieless, self-hosted analytics on our pages — no ad trackers on your board, ever.
Real abuse protection
Email verification plus per-voter and per-IP rate limits keep vote counts honest.

Questions, answered
Do my users need accounts?
No. A voter types their email once, clicks a magic link, and they can vote, post, and comment on your board for 90 days. No passwords, no signup wall — which is exactly why participation stays high.
What happens to my board if I cancel?
It stays online, read-only. Every post, vote, and comment remains visible; new activity is paused until you resubscribe. We think holding your data hostage is a terrible retention strategy.
Is there a free trial?
No trial — but you don't need one to evaluate SignalWish. Our own feedback board at feedback.signalwish.com is the live product. Poke at it as a voter, then imagine it with your name on it.
Can I use my own domain?
In v1 your board lives at yourname.signalwish.com. Custom domains are on our roadmap — go vote for it on our board and you'll get an email when it ships.
How is this different from Canny?
Canny is built (and priced) for teams with procurement departments. SignalWish is one plan at $15/month with the essentials done carefully: board, votes, statuses, comments, and closing the loop by email. See our honest comparison page for details.
Will my voters get spammed?
Never. Voters only receive emails they triggered (their magic link), shipped notifications for posts they voted on, and board updates they opted into. Every broadcast has a working one-click unsubscribe, enforced at the platform level.
